What will you do?
- You act as brand ambassador; you help us build our network and brand recognition by meeting potential clients & partners during online meetings and at conferences throughout the world
- You monitor incoming collaboration requests, you initiate discussions to understand the needs and you dispatch the requests across the company
- You help us maximize customer satisfaction at every step of their journey (operational and administrative support, relationship management, process improvement, etc.)
- You provide operational and strategic support for our marketing initiatives
- You work closely with the management of the company and the security engineers to support future initiatives through diverse tasks

Requirements
- Fluent in English (Equivalent to native level with excellent writing skills)
- 2+ years’ experience in the blockchain / DeFi ecosystem, existing network in the space
- Entrepreneurial experience, or experience in a highly autonomous role
- Sales experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related fields
- Proven ability to build fruitful business relationships with Web3 clients and partners
- Keen interest and understanding of crypto Twitter
- A keen interest and understanding of the blockchain industry. Some provable output and contribution to the space (e.g., a blog/podcast, organizing events, an established presence on social media, a key contribution to a company in the space, etc.)
- Willingness travel to conferences at least 4-5 times per year, maybe more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, messaging apps, etc.
Bonus points & path forward
- You’re a crypto influencer and have significant following
- Willingness to work from Zurich (Switzerland) or in Web3 hubs (e.g. Dubai)
- You’re a seasoned public-speaker on blockchain and/or cybersecurity
- You have a great network of engineers and decision-makers in blockchain protocols, especially in DeFi
- You have experience in the cybersecurity space, or even better, in the Web3 cybersecurity space
- Entrepreneurial experience
- You’re a marketing expert
